Yizhaung X11 is located on the southern bank of Liangshui River, which is in the west No. 4 village in Yizhuang town, Daxing District, Beijing city. In 2012 from March to April, in order to cooperate with the fundamental project construction, Beijing Institute of Cultural Relics excavated 32 Han Dynasty tombs and 7 kilns; 1 Tang Dynasty tomb; 5 Tombs of Liao and Kin Dynasties and 1 kiln; 3 Qing Dynasty tombs and 1 well, and also a large amount of funerary objects. According to the preliminary study, the time of Han Dynasty tomb maybe from late Western Han Dynasty to Eastern Han Dynasty, or even to the Wei-Jin Period. The time range of kiln sites maybe from no early than the middle of Western Han Dynasty to no late than Eastern Han Dynasty. Tang Dynasty tomb can be traced back to the late Tang Dynasty. The tombs of Liao and Kin Dynasty is no late than the front middle of Liao Dynasty. The excavations of these tombs have important significance to the study of burial customs, population analysis, ceramics industry pattern from Han to Liao and Kin Dynasties in southeastern region of Beijing.
