Synopsis
《民国首版学术经典丛书：中国文字学史（套装上下册）》为文字学著作，胡朴安著。此书是文字学史开山之作，传布海内外，影响深远。共分四编，材料详实，观点明确，是研究文字学的一部很好的参考书。作者在书中主要叙述和研究了文字学各派著作及作者，阐明文字学学说的源流及系统。他依文字学的演进，将文字学史分为四期：1、秦汉至隋，为文字书时期；2、唐至明，为文字学前期；3、清代，为文字学后期；4、清末至20世纪30年代，为古文字学时期。1937年被列入商务印书馆的“中国文化史丛书”第一辑，分上下册出版。
