Synopsis
目前的灾害研究主要专注于灾害动力学机理，对于灾害所造成的社会效应如灾害风险等研究正处于起步阶段。本书首先对于山地灾害的概念进行了辨析，然后分析了山地灾害与贫困之间的相互作用关系。根据精准扶贫的减灾需求，本书以我国*的少数民族贫困地区-武陵山区为示范验证区，分析了该区域范围内的山地灾害特点及成灾模式，并在遥感和地理信息系统技术的支持下，完成了多尺度山地灾害遥感监测和预警方法研究。最后，根据贫困风险的理论，提出了以山地灾害易发性区划为基础的加强土地利用规划、减灾与扶贫联动的山地灾害减灾扶贫建议。
