Synopsis
《特勒马科斯纪》成书于1694至1696年间，系费奈隆为法兰西小太子撰写的十八卷散文体小说，通过续写荷马《奥德赛》第四卷，讲述奥德修斯之子特勒马科斯在乔装的雅典娜带领下游历四方。费奈隆有意“在神话叙事中添加适合一位生来肩负治国使命的王子的基本教诲”，其笔下的各国风貌不同程度地影射路易十四时代的法兰西处境。小说问世初期即被法国王室和梵蒂冈列为禁书，引发众多盗版，在很长时间里被奉为修习古典主义写作和学习法语的参考范本，对后来启蒙哲人的写作颇有影响。卢梭毕生推崇费奈隆，其笔下的爱弥儿成年之际带一本书去游历世界，就是《特勒马科斯纪》。
