Synopsis
《河干集》十卷，明黄汝良著，李梦生点校。是书依体裁分类，包括疏、议、颂、表、册文、箴、训、告敕、谕、解、说、对、辩、策、 序、记、铭、赞、书启、传、志铭、行状、祭文及各体诗等。但篇幅悬殊，如章疏、书启均仅一卷，却占全集五分之一左右。黄汝良终身仕宦，几乎都是礼官，属于清曹，所以对国家面临的内忧外患，非职事所关，于章奏中涉及不多。除了普通部务及大量请辞疏外，值得一提的是万历年所上《乞罢矿税疏》，观点明确，语言犀利，为其早年风格。天启中所上《条陈救时十疏》，建议军兴之法、严经武之法、严进坐之法、严考功之法等；崇祯时所上《时务八要疏》，言“重本”“节财”“革贪臣”“厉节”“实兵”等，均胪举时弊，洞中窾要。在其大量书启中，却不乏讨论国事、闽事及家乡安海事，细致入微。即以其奏疏与书启论之，黄汝良可谓达则兼济天下，穷亦不独善其身，斤斤以天下乡邦事为己任，实为士大夫之楷模。此次整理，以广西师范大学出版社影印日本内阁文库所收明末刻本为底本。
