Synopsis
Zha Yi is the first work of Sun Yirang compiled in 1893, the 19the year of the Emperor Guangxu in Qing dynasty. It emends thousands of errors and mistakes of 78 kinds of ancient books during Qin, Han, Qi and Liang as the collection of his achievement in ancient book research within 30 years. He persisted in compliance to the fact. Yu YueChang high praised his work saying that Sun Yirang was expert in research of the ancient book and made great effort in correcting the errors in the ancient books. It also provides favorable enlightenment for readers to learn more about Zha learning and its research method to promote their ability to study and collocate the ancient books.
