Synopsis
潘祖荫（1830—1890），字在钟，小字凤笙，号伯寅，亦号少棠、郑盦。吴县人，大学士潘世恩之孙，内阁侍读潘曾绶之子，咸丰二年一甲三名进士，是清代著名藏书家之一。所著《滂喜斋藏书记》收录滂喜斋所收宋、元、明以及旧刻本、日本高丽刻本等珍本秘笈百三十部，考证精详，具有很高的学术价值，今以潘氏族人承厚昆仲重印本为底本，参校慎初堂本，整理出版。
