Synopsis
在国家宏观高等教育改革的背景之下，人们愈来愈清晰地认识到法学教育与法律职业的内在联系。法学教育作为法律职业的守门人，培养学生的法律职业素养是一项重要的任务，因而也成为法学本科教育的人才培养目标之一。《法学实验教学原理与课程设计》基于广东商学院法学院法学实验教学的实践，将我们对法学实验教学相关原理的认识和法学实验课程实施中的课程设计予以总结，并结集出版，以期为法学实验教学模式的探索尽绵薄之力。
