Synopsis
本书为浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题研究成果。对当前实行学区制所形成的“学区房”热点话题现象及其背后蕴含的教育公平问题、义务教育均衡发展问题开展研究， 对杭州市的学区制实施情况进行深度调研，研究家庭背景背后的经济社会资本等因素与其受教育机会之间的关系，分析学区制的政策演变及土地财政的影响，探究国外学区制的设定与启示，剖析当前社会学区制背后蕴藏的教育资源配置及教育公平问题，提出具有较高可行性的实施路径及政策建议，为我国教育公平及义务教育均衡发展提供可供参考的方法和思路。
