为贯彻落实“龙泉青瓷是民族文化的瑰宝，一定要好好保护、传承和弘扬”的指示精神，浙江省博物馆于2019年11月16日—17日举办“天下龙泉——龙泉青瓷与全球化”国际学术研讨会，来自中国、美国、英国、法国、意大利、韩国、日本、印度、肯尼亚、阿联酋等国家和地区的130多名专家学者开展文化与产业、生活与艺术、传统与时尚的对话，深入挖掘青瓷文化新的内涵，加快青瓷文化的“深化、物化、转化”工作，推动青瓷产业在新时代实现高质量发展。本次会议形成本书。本论文集对加深龙泉青瓷理论和技艺的理解，揭示龙泉青瓷更多的文化和时代意义，更为全面系统认知、了解龙泉青瓷的发展有重要促进作用，更利于龙泉窑研究的水平提升和国际化拓展。
