Synopsis
根据《全国污染源普查条例》规定，国务院决定于2017年开展第二次全国污染源普查。为了保证普查对象覆盖全面、不重不漏，普查数据完整、规范、真实、准确，生态环境部第二次全国污染源普查工作办公室组织开展了数据审核工作。数据审核是第二次全国污染源普查数据质量的重要保障，数据质量是决定普查工作成败的关键。为了指导其他普查工作数据质量控制，提供普查数据审核评估参考方法与案例，中国环境科学研究院组织编写了《污染源普查中的数据审核与评估思路与方法—基本信息与产业活动水平》。本书基于第二次全国污染源普查工作，介绍了数据审核的背景、思路以及定义等，主要从清查数据审核与评估、普查数据审核与评估、第三方综合评估三个阶段介绍了审核评估内容、技术方法以及案例分析，共四个篇章15个章节。
