Synopsis
在青岛市生态环境局全力推动和大力支持下，生态环境部环境规划院与青岛市环境保护科学研究院联合成立技术组，历时两年半，经历规划大纲编制、大纲修改论证、规划编制、规划汇报修改及论证报批五个阶段，最终形成了青岛市城市环境总体规划文本、图集、研究报告、基础数据库四项成果。2018年4月，《青岛市城市环境总体规划（2016-2030年）》（以下简称《规划》）经市政府批准正式发布实施。 《规划》团队开展了大量的基础研发工作，对青岛市环境经济形势、城市发展格局、环境功能定位、生态环境模拟与分区、生态环境廊道建设、环境质量改善、环境风险防控、环境基本公共服务、《规划》实施机制和配套政策等进行了专项研究。本书凝聚了《规划》的主要成果，从青岛市实际出发，尝试推动城市环境总体规划的编制方法革新，积极探索“多规合一”的工作机制和环境规划体系的构建，可供城市环境规划、国土空间规划、生态环境分区管控等领域的相关部门、研究人员参考。
