Synopsis
明代著名医家薛己出生于医学世家，曾供职于太医院，嘉靖年间晋升为院使。薛己继承张元素、李东垣的脾胃思想，又遥承王冰、钱乙的肾命水火学说，形成脾胃与肾命并重的学术思想。他初为疡医，后转攻内、妇、儿科，各科均有成就，临床经验十分丰富。 薛已一生著述颇丰，对内、外、妇、儿各科均有建树。《中医古籍医案辑成·学术流派医案系列》收录薛己医案于“易水学派医案”中，并分为上、中、下三册。李成文、刘桂荣主编的《易水学派医案(2)》为上册，从薛氏的多部著作中摘录了其内科、妇科的医案。值得一提的是，薛己生平所治病证中，尤对内伤虚损病证颇具丰富的临床经验，为后世所宗。
