Synopsis
本书在对已有文献进行系统梳理和归纳总结的基础上，从传导机制、空间效应以及环境规制工具三个角度，构建了环境规制对工业生态效率影响的理论分析框架；接下来选取了除西藏、香港、澳门以及台湾之外的我国30个省份作为研究对象，对其工业生态效率进行了测算和分析；然后，围绕本书构建的理论分析框架，分别从三个角度进行了实证研究。本书主要得到以下研究结论：一是我国工业生态效率呈现出逐渐改善的发展态势，但整体水平仍然偏低，而且具有较强的区域差异性；二是环境规制对工业生态效率的影响存在中介效应；三是在环境规制策略互动的作用下，工业生态效率存在显著的空间效应；四是不同类型的环境规制工具对工业生态效率的影响具有较大的差异性。基于上述研究结论，本书从环境规制政策与环境规制工具两个方面提出了政策建议。
