Synopsis
本论文第一章中对此进行了综述。但在目前研究成果中仍然有一些影响居民收入分配结果的因素未得到应有的重视，缺少对此深入的研究，尤其是目前关于居民收入分配结果影响因素的研究成果系统性、综合性不够，尚未形成理论性的分析框架，需要不断补充和深化研究。为此，本论文确立了新的研究思路，即首先调查摸清居民获得收入的各种具体途径(第三章，上文已简述)，接着分析影响居民获得收入的具体途径以及影响居民收入分配结果的各类因素(第五章)，然后研究提出完善和发展与收入分配有关的具体制度政策，使其作用于这些影响因素，进而努力将居民收入分配结果调节到理想状态(第七章)。根据这一研究思路，本论文第五章在总结和吸收已有研究成果的基础上。研究构建了系统性、综合性的居民收入分配结果影响因素分析模型。提出以居民个人作为圆心，按照由里到外、从微观到宏观的次序排列，影响居民收入分配结果的因素包括：居民个人的能力素质和综合实力、居民个人的社会资本、居民个人工作单位的特征、居民个人所在地域的环境、国家的收入分配制度和发展阶段、市场机制的发育程度、具有收入分配效应的社会现象七类因素。本论文第七章研究提出了完善和发展与收入分配有关的具体制度政策的建议：针对目前“劳动所得最多、主体比例适合”方面存在的问题，研究提出了调节国民收入分配关系、增加居民收入的对策建议。
