Synopsis
《进出口商品编码查询手册》（下称《手册》）以2017年《报关职业水平测试大纲》和2017年版《中华人民共和国进出口税则》（下称《进出口税则》）、《进出口税则商品及品目注释》（下称《品目注释》） 为编写依据，分别摘录了《进出口税则》全部的类章结构、类注释、章注释、子目注释及编码表（由税则号列与商品名称组成），《品目注释》部分品目、子目的注释条文（以页下注的方式呈现）。上述内容组成了《手册》中具有法律效力的商品归类依据部分。编者还在上述内容基础上，增加了两项内容：一、在相关的类注释、章注释项下增加了“编者注”，对进出口商品归类的重点和难点知识进行梳理和分析，此部分内容仅供参考学习，不作为商品归类的法律依据；二、在《手册》的文后增列了15个填制报关单时需要使用的代码表，供应试者平时学习或参加测试时查阅使用。
