Synopsis
经过两年来的探索，上海研究院的智库建设工作形成了两大特色：一方面是跳出上海看上海，主要借助中国社会科学院智力资源为上海经济社会的改革发展提出意见建议，以内部报告的形式报送各级领导。这主要是依靠上海研究院编发的《要报》（含专报和调研报告）系列加以实现。目前，我院共报送《要报》（含专报和调研报告）等信息100余期（要报、调研报告86期，专报10期），获奖信息（获上级部门采用或批示）18篇，其中，获中央领导和有关部门采用5篇，获上海市领导批示13篇。《要报》成果获领导批示和采用数量居上海高校智库前列。另一方面是讲好上海故事，传播上海经验，为上海经济社会的进一步发展创造良好的氛围。上海研究院积极组稿，在人民日报、光明日报、中国日报、中国社会科学报、解放日报、文汇报、澎湃网等知名媒体刊发了50余篇理论文章，从专业学术视角总结和推广了上海经济社会发展经验，获得了上海市有关领导的好评。
