Synopsis
为更好地发挥中国社会科学院作为党和国家思想库、智囊团的重要作用，加强对重大问题开展国情调研，根据《关于加强和改进国情调研工作的意见》规定，2016年中国社会科学院组织实施精准扶贫精准脱贫百村调研（简称“扶贫百村调研”）国情调研特大项目。对全国范围内兼具代表性和典型性的100个贫困村开展村庄国情调研，包括一定比例的2010年以来已经脱贫的村庄。村庄指行政村。村庄调研的主要内容包括村庄基本状况、贫困状况及其演变、贫困的成因、减贫历程和成效、脱贫和发展思路和建议等，以及在调研过程中结合村庄特点的专题性研究。贵溪村是评价中心调研的贵州黔东南州三穗县的村庄。
