Synopsis
本书以促进经济高质量发展和经济发展新动能的形成为评价核心，编制中国航空经济发展指数评价指标体系，具体包括枢纽带动指数、腹地经济及空间带动指数、新动能指数、国际开放指数、体制机制创新指数、协调性发展指数、绿色发展指数、民生发展指数、航空金融发展指数9个二级指数，由20个三级分类指数、60个四级具体指标构成。力求对临空经济区进行多角度、全方位地剖析。指数评价涵盖2019年旅客吞吐量超过一千万的机场所在的38个临空经济示范区（包括16个国家级临空经济示范区），从不同的侧面对我国临空经济区发展情况进行客观地监测和评估，展示临空经济区创新发展的细节特征，有利于在各类临空经济区间寻找差距、树立科学的发展目标导向，为社会各界了解和认识临空经济区提供一个开放的窗口，为相关部门的研究和管理工作提供一定的实践支撑。本书由国家发改委综合运输研究所、航空经济发展河南省协同创新中心、中国城市临空经济研究中心联合课题组共同研究完成。
