本报告为中国社会科学院院级国情调研基地（黑龙江）2019年度项目结项成果，项目组由中国社会科学院中国边疆研究所和黑龙江省社会科学院的有关专家联合组成。 报告以鸡西市转型发展为主题，明确研究的典型意义，把脉转型发展的基础、优势、政策支持和面对的主要困难，以国家振兴东北老工业基地、资源型城市转型、兴边富民等重要战略为出发点，参考省、市、县三级政府转型发展的思路与措施，通过多学科理论方法的综合运用，从工业、农业、科技、生态环境、文旅融合、商贸物流、对外开放等全方位着眼，提出科学合理、贴近实际、行之有效的对策建议，为鸡西市成功走出一条资源型城市转型发展道路贡献智力支持。
