The full name is The Stele of Sacrificial Vessels of Confucian Temple Made by Prime Minister Han Chi in Han Dynasty. It is also called Memorial of Repairing Sacrificial Vessels in Confucian Temple, Stele of Confucian Temple in the Mansion of Hanming, etc. The stele was erected in the year of Yongshou 2 of the Eastern Han Dynasty (156). Now it is located in the Confucius Temple in Qufu in Shangdong Province. This stele has the most records since Song dynasty. It is a calligraphy work with high artistic value and has been promoted as the supreme principle of seal script. The style is fine and vigorous s well as square and handsome. The last half and the back of the stele are the most splendid parts. It is of high artistic value. This book is able to put the article into couplets, combining the unique calligraphy in China with the art of couplets.
