Synopsis
Crossing mountains and rivers and after innumerable trials and hardships for nearly forty years, finally the Tang Monk and his apprentices reach the Buddha shrine Soul Mountain, and see Buddha. Just because they forget to give presents to the monk in charge of the scriptures, the Scriptures they obtain are wordless white books. After experiencing some other hardships, they finally obtain the real Scriptures and return to the imperial court of the Tang Dynasty.
