沈曾植（1850―1922），字子培，号乙盦，晚号寐叟，浙江嘉兴人。浙江省博物馆收藏沈曾植旧藏书籍、碑帖甚多。本书对沈曾植的旧藏进行了初步分类、整理，此次整理主要集中在他的古籍与碑帖两个方面，共有沈曾植旧藏古籍善本书志和沈曾植旧藏碑帖拓本，沈曾植对于书法流派的划分与溯源有自己独特的见解，在碑学运动中亦占有一席之地。本书尝试探求沈曾植的藏书面貌和书学观点。
