Synopsis
20世纪50年代初，中华人民共和国实施了早期的对外开放政策——与苏联及东欧各社会主义国家签订一系列友好互助合作协定。其中，苏联对新中国的工业化给予了重要帮助，在1953—1957年“一五”计划期间，陆续援建中国156个重大项目。 “156项目”的建设使中国初步形成了独立自主的工业体系，奠定了长远发展的基础，更重要的是，培养和锻炼了一大批国民经济建设的管理人才和技术人才。 在苏联的援助下，我国迅速建立起前所未有的新兴工业，如飞机、汽车、重型机械、发电设备、冶金和矿山设备、精密仪表、机床、塑料、无线电和有线电器材；建立起一大批新的钢铁、煤炭、电力、机械、有色金属、化工和军工企业，构成了我国工业布局的基本框架，为我国打下了工业化的初步基础，至今，这些重点企业仍发挥着重要作用。 “156项目”是中苏两党两国关系发展过程中的重大历史事件，犹如一幕戏剧，有着序幕、发展、高潮、尾声等诸多过程，有许多值得总结和反思的经验教训……
