Synopsis
A Jane Eyre, an encounter, made the street overlord Feng Guodong, who had already got engaged to Ma Xiaojuan, fall in love with a nurse Mu Bin who was also engaged to Qin Chuan. Feng Guodong broke his promise of marriage to court Mu Shan who avoid Feng so as not to hurt others. Ma Ziaojuan loved Feng Guodong and Qin Chuan loved Mu Shan very much. How could she do? Even more interesting is that Mu Tong, the sister of Mu Shan, after her setback in love, fell in love with Feng Guoqing, brother of Feng Guodong. Regardlessness, promise-breaking, forbearing, suicide...are all key words for an odd youthhood. Complex is the plot. Conflicts crouch around those love affairs. Set in 1980s, this story describes the love and hate of that generation, all related to love.
