Synopsis
This book illuminates that science and technology are not always put together, and the relation between them is a historical process. The author finds out the fact that sometimes they are together but sometimes they are separate through the evolution of science and technology in history, criticizing the popular view that the technology is the application of science. And it is proved that in fact, before twentieth Century science and technology had been developing either absolutely separately or half-separately both in intellectual and social science. Abandoning the historiography view of theory of European center, it discusses the scientific study and technical inventions in China, India, central and south America and other Easter empires.
