Synopsis
随着转基因技术的发展和诞生，转基因食品已成为现在中国农业生产中的重要组成部分，基因工程技术在中国农业、食品等各个领域的研究和应用也越来越广泛，转基因工程技术给我们带来较大的社会经济效益，转基因食品也引起了全社会的广泛高度重视。 本研究利用里克特量表表示风险感知，用经济学博彩实验测度被试者的风险偏好，并采用调查问卷的形式对上海市500名消费者及山西省和河南省两个农业大省的244户农村家庭进行随机调研，内容包括个体特征、转基因产品的认知和态度等。基于此，运用夏普利值分解法和边际效应回归分析方法探索生产者和消费者的风险感知和风险偏好对转基因接受度的影响。
