Synopsis

第二，本书以9个要素作为对各国信息公开法进行解构的基本框架，并以这一框架作为国际比较和总结提炼世界经验的基本参照。“九要素框架”的提出，不仅解决了总结世界经验的基准问题，更进一步深化了人们对信息公开法律制度的认识。
