Synopsis
《连片特困地区贫困特征与减贫需求分析：基于武陵山片区8县149个村的调查》以武陵山区为研究对象，按照"贫困状况--减贫实践--致贫原因--需求调查--主要问题--对策建议"的路径展开研究。具体有五个方面的目标：了解武陵山区的贫困状况和主要特点；总结武陵山区已开展的扶贫开发实践；分析武陵山区的致贫原因和主要问题；把握武陵山区的减贫需求与供给状况；提出武陵山区扶贫开发的政策建议。根据基线调查目标，武陵山区扶贫开发基线调查主要包括五个方面内容：一是武陵山区贫困现状和主要特点的调查；二是武陵山区扶贫开发政策和实践的总结；三是武陵山区贫困原因和主要问题的分析；四是武陵山区居民特别是贫困社区、贫困农户的需求和产品供给调查；五是武陵山区扶贫开发战略思路和对策建议的提出。本书由导论、研究对象、贫困状况、减贫实践、致贫原因、需求调查、主要问题、面临挑战，以及政策建议等方面内容。
