About the Author:

Madhulika Jha is currently Director, Amity Institute of English and Business Communication, Amity University. She has twenty-eight years of teaching experience and has taught in the Department of English, Bhagalpur University. She has specialised in linguistics and language teaching. She conducts workshops and seminars with leading corporate houses and has been a resource person for Executive Development Programmes, Management Development Workshops, Employees Development Workshops, and Faculty Development Workshops. She also supervises M. Phil. and Ph. D. students and has published a number of books and scholarly papers. Shashi Shekhar is Senior Lecturer at Amity Institute of English and Business Communication, Amity University. He obtained his Master s degree from Banaras Hindu University and Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching of English from theCentral Institute of English and Foreign Languages[CIEFL] and presently he is pursuing doctoral research in the area of Applied Linguistics and Language Teaching. He has been teaching in M.Phil, Post Graduate and Undergraduate programmes for over six years.
