About the Author

C.K. Sharma is a known figure in the field of Library & Information Science. He was Incharge University Librarian in the Agra University, and also served as Reader and Head, Department of Library & Information Science in that university. Presently, he is Librarian and Professor in Mangalayatan University, Deswan, Aligarh. He has written several books on the subject, and attended many national and international conferences relating to its various aspects. Akhil Kumar Singh, M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Phil., is a Lecturer in Library & Information Science in M.M. College, Modinagar. He is a member of Indian Library Association (ILA) and has attended many national and international seminars. Rakesh Kumar, M.Lib.I.Sc., qualified the UGC-NET in 2005. Presently, he is a Lecturer in Library & Information Science, M.M. Modi College, Modinagar. He also served as Librarian in Mewar Institute of Management.
