Aditya Mathur is a Professor of Computer Science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, and also the Head of Pillar Information Systems Technology and Design at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. He is a founding member of the Department of Computer Science at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has taught courses in Computer Sciences at all levels since 1972. His book titled Introduction to Microprocessors was the first text of its kind in India published in 1980. This book continues to a favorite of thousands of students.
