The writer born on 3rd Feb. 1952, taught B.Com and M.Com students for 5yrs. in the university of Madras. He has acquired Ph.D in communication management and for his 2nd Ph.Din Law, he will be submitting the thesis very shortly to Delhi University.He did his M.Sc Development Studies in England. He has been invited as speaker in the national and international conferences.
