About the Author
Kanchan Sinha was born in Bhagalpur in Bihar in 1967. He did his schooling from St. Xavier's school in Patna and post graduation from IIT Kanpur. He is from Civil Services 1992 batch. Presently he is serving as Deputy Commandant in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
