About the Author

Rajiv Kumar is the director general of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the former director and chief executive of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations. He is the author of India and the Global Economy and The Long View from Delhi. Jennifer Williams is a London-based artist critically acclaimed for making handmade books, cutouts, photographs, illustrations, prints, and puppets. She is a trustee and fellow of the International Futures Forum and for 31 years directed the Center for Creative Communities.
