About the Author
Pashaura Singh is Professor of Sikh Studies at U. Michigan, and author of two major works published by OUP. Barrier is Middlebush Prof. of Social Sciences at the U. Missouri, and has published widely on Sikh and Punjab studies. He also gave the 35 page keynote address that introduces issues in a historical context.
