Synopsis
Networks, Security and Soft Computing reports current research in Networks and Distributed Systems including WSN and MANETs, design of various QoS aware routing protocols followed by the issue of providing high security incurring low computational cost. It further includes probable solutions for authentication in MANETs and for detection of DDoS attack. Significant contributions in three major research areas within Data Mining-clustering, association rule mining and dimensionality reduction, Innovative methods for spatial clustering using density based and fuzzy approach are reported. The book also includes a robust association rule mining technique using multi-objective GA for high dimensional classification problems.
