About the Author

About the Author Dr K Rama Mohan Rao is professor in the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra University. He obtained Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration and Doctorate from Andhra University. He has 27 years of teaching experience. He authored four books and 30 research papers. He specialized in marketing management and services marketing and guided many research works in these areas. He is the member of many professional bodies and consultant for many services organizations.

Dr D Srinivasa Prasad obtained Master of Business Administration from Acharya Nagarjuna University, and Doctorate from Andhra Univeristy. He has been in Business and Industry for the last 15 years. He is presently serving as Management Consultant.
