He did a diploma in Educational and Vocational Guidance from Columbia University in New York. He worked as Research Assistant in the State Council of Educational Research and Training in Karnataka. Later he shifted to Maharashtra Government as an Educational Adviser. He has authored many encyclopaedias and books on Educational and Vocational Guidance. He is associated with may professional and Governmental organisations, who are engaged in research and training in Educational and Vocational guidance.
