About the Author
A consulting pyschiatrist for our forty years Dr.Rishi Vivekananda brings out the best of his immense theoretical and practical knowledge.He has also studied yoga in it's role as a system of evolving the quality of the human personality. Initiated into sannyas by Swami Satyananda in the year 1976,he carries on his mission in various countries round the globe.
