About the Author

K. V. Rao is a retired Lecturer from Dehradun. He has completed his M.A., B.Ed. And M.Ed. Degrees from Osmania University Hyderabad. During the period of studies, he was awarded with scholarships and merits. He devoted himself for the promotion of education and was awarded 'Best Lecturer' for the state. He participated in the seminars and workshops conducted by Education Department. After retirement, he has engaged himself in the upliftment of education and giving consultancy to many educational institutions. He has also contributed his articles for magazines and journals of repute. Presently he is busy on many projects related to the field of Education.
