About the Author:

Dr Raakhee Mehra (1969-) has been a gold medalist student throughout and is studying Ayurveda since 1993 and holds a Ph.D. in Ayurveda. She has represented Government of India for Ayurveda overseas and has bagged several awards including Ayurveda Bhushan Samman and Dhanwantari Award. She has been teaching and writing regularly.
