About the Author:
Albert Isaac 'A.I.' Bezzerides (1908-2007) was the author of three novels and became one of Hollywood's top screenwriters. He is best known for his screenplays for three classic film noirs: Jules Dassin's Thieves' Highway, Nicholas Ray's On Dangerous Ground and Robert Aldrich's Kiss Me Deadly.
