Eva es una mujer satisfecha consigo misma. Es autora y editora de guías de viaje para gente tan urbana y feliz como ella, tiene su propia empresa y recorre el mundo buscando material para sus libros. Casada desde hace tres años con Franklin, un fotógrafo e iluminador que trabaja en publicidad, decide, ya cerca de los cuarenta años y tras muchas dudas, tener un hijo. Y el producto de tan indecisa decisión será Kevin.
