About the Author:
Angel Morua Achiaga was born in Portugal 1965). He is an architect with a Masters in Industrial Design (Royal College of Art, London) . He taught at the School of Architecture in Navarra until 1996 and was a United Nations consultant in Latin American historical centers. He organizes workshops for the Schools of Architecture of Miami and San Juan (Puerto Rico) and collaborates with Ove Arup & Partners, Richard Rogers Partnership, Taller de Ideas. He is currently working in Bilbao as Projects Director of the City bridging the Basque Country, Latin America, the United States, specializing in urban management, city marketing, and urban networks.
