Klaus Mann was a German author considered to be one of the foremost representatives of German exile literature. He is the author of the novels Der Vulkan and Mephisto and of the autobiographical work The Turning Point. María Luz Blanco Camblor is a translator and professor of German philology at the University of Valladolid, specializing in the work of Klaus Mann.
