About the Author:

Jonathan Cott has been a contributing editor at Rolling Stone since the magazine’s inception, and has also written for publications such as the New York Times and the New Yorker. He is the author of Conversations with Glenn Gould and The Search for Omm Sety. He lives in New York City.
