Synopsis
The author considers the teaching of the Bible about Israel, the Jewish people, and Gentile believers and what it means for the church. He looks at the concepts of replacement theology , election and covenant and challenges the church to resist anti-Semitism. He gives a picture on where the Middle East crisis may be leading, and how it is linked to unfolding biblical prophecy. The time has come to wake up and realize where we are on God s timetable - world history is intimately tied to the future of Israel.

About the Author
Rev. Willem J.J. Glashouwer served for over 12 years as the Chairman of the Dutch organisation Christenen voor Israel . In July 1999 he became the full-time President of Christians for Israel International , a non-political inter-denominational Christian organization with branches in Holland, Belgium, the USA, Canada, Germany, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Rev. Glashouwer has pub-lished several books, articles and Bible Studies on Israel. Willem has been married to Marianne for over 30 years and they have 4 children.
