According to the Toltec/Aztec calendar, which describes larger cycles of time or Suns than the Mayan calendar, humanity has been in a transition that started in 1991, moving from the 5th to the 6th Sun. This shift is also a shift in human consciousness, in our understanding of how we relate to the whole of existence. About the Author

Sergio Magaña Ocelocoyotl is a nahual, or “man of knowledge,†and a well-known and respected healer in Mexico City. He belongs to the Nahuatl lineage of knowledge that has been passed on from master to student for 1,460 years. He also trained in the 4,000-year-old oral traditions of the Chichimecas, Teotihuacans, Toltecs, Aztecs, and Mexicas (the indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica), and is one of a few spokespeople authorized to share and teach this ancient wisdom. He is the founder of Centro Energético Integral and the host of 2012: The Days to Come, a radio show that has been on the air in Mexico City for over twelve years. He speaks three languages fluently: Nahuatl, Spanish, and English. He is a featured author in the anthology Transforming Through 2012. He travels extensively and has a community of over 50,000 students in Mexico, the United States, Italy, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. He lives in Mexico City.
