Il libro ripercorre la straordinaria avventura di uno dei pià importanti fotografi di rock internazionali con quella che à la band sinonimo di rock'n'roll. O'Regan ha assistito al suo primo concerto dei Queen nel 1973, quando la band suonava come gruppo spalla di Mott the Hoople all'Hammersmith Odeon di Londra. Tredici anni dopo, nel 1986, sarebbe stato il fotografo ufficiale del Magic Tour, l'ultimo della carriera della band. Negli anni che separano i due eventi O'Regan fotografà molte volte la band dal vivo, ma sono le foto del tour che ci restituiscono l'ampiezza dell'impatto dei Queen che travalica i confini della musica per diventare vero e proprio fenomeno socioculturale.
